This Decree will come into force on 1 February 1999.
Abstract

This Decree made pursuant to section 48 of the Food Act of 1995. It applies to production, storage, transportation and sale of ice cream and ice-mixes. Section 2 contains definitions. Section 3 prescribes that only added substances allowed by law may be used. Section 4 contains provisions relative to packing and labelling. Section 5 concerns the naming of products. Section 6 prescribes fat and protein contents for cream and milk ice. (10 sections)
