The diseases are classified as A-, B-, C- and D- diseases. The Decree also delegates authority the Department of Agriculture and the Department of Justice. The Department of Agriculture may amend the list and shall have all powers assigned in the Act to the “Department”. The Department of Justice shall be granted the powers of section 10 of the Food Act.
