Abstract

The Decree rules the exploitation of aquatic resources, their production (aquaculture), their processing resulting in fish products to be consumed as food or as fish feed, the standards for the products and the technical (veterinary, sanitary, environmental standards)and the requirements for facilities where they are produced/processed. Appendix I lists the situation where fishing is allowed with no restrictions.
