Abstract

This Decree lays down provisions in matter of hygiene requirements applicable to packages, containers and tools destined to come into contact with foodstuffs. Such provisions amend certain Decrees in force, as follows: a) Annex II, section 1, part B (concerning additives for plastic materials) of Decree of 21 March 1973 is replaced by the Annex to this Decree; b) Annex I of Decree No. 220 of 1993 is amended as set out in article 2.
