Abstract

All consignments of fresh poultry meat shall be accompanied, during transport, by the documentation and health certificate specified in article 2 hereto, which amends the text of article 4(2) of Decree No. 63 of 1993. Article 7 bis, indicating particular exemptions to the hygienic requirements to be met by slaughterhouses, shall be added.
