The consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 15 September 2013.

Abstract

This Decree shall apply to entities participating in projects falling under the Act on climate change and implemented with international cooperation, to those trading with emission reduction units and certified emission reduction units and to owners of accounts registered in the national registry.
