Abstract

This Decision implements article 11b of Directive 2003/87/EC (as amended by Directive 2004/101/EC) concerning project activities for reducing or limiting emissions. The aim is to avoid double counting of greenhouse gas emission reductions under the Community emissions trading scheme.
