Abstract

The beneficiaries of the compensation are agricultural producers who contribute to the agricultural weather risk management scheme. The Damage Verifying Body through the issuing of an official certificate in line with the provisions of this Decree certifies the loss of agricultural producers. Institutions involved in the identification and certification of adverse climatic events and natural disasters are defined in this Decree too. Each natural disaster or adverse climatic event will be recognised and certified by the public authorities according to the procedure described in this Decree.
