First entry into force on 1 November 2014. The consolidated version of the Decree entered into force on 29 May 2015.

Abstract

This Decree provides general and specific conditions of eligibility for support to be compiled with by agricultural insurance contracts stipulated by farmers and rules related to administrative procedures, reporting activity and controls.
