It imposes certain duties on owners or occupiers of land and farmers and imposes restrictions on cultivation on land on which wild oats is present and on the use of certain grain for feeding purposes. It also places restrictions on the trading in grain in which wild oats may be present and grants powers to the Norwegian Food Safety Authority to regulate the trade in grain.
