Abstract This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. Standardization No. 25:1999 concerning the Pasteurized Milk is to be adopted as a Lebanese Standardization and Metrology (art. 1). The results of examination and analysis issued by the Industrial Research Institute, Public Health Laboratories Department and the Agricultural Scientific Research Department shall be adopted (art. 2). The following requirements and conditions necessary for the Pasteurized Milk: field of application, definition, pasteurization, homogenization, solids, not fat solids, protein, acidity, fats, phosphates activity, characteristics, Physical and Chemical requirements, sanitary requirements, verifying analysis, analysis methods, sampling, packaging and transport, label and technical terms.
