Abstract

This Decree prohibits the fishing with bottom trawl or net or longline in specified areas in order to reduce damage caused by fisheries to vulnerable habitats and thus to improve restocking and indirectly fisheries. Bottom trawl means here a trawl that catches the fish from below and may touch during fishing the bottom of the sea. Penalties are prescribed. (5 articles)
