Abstract

This Decree prescribes rules for the production and placing on the market of all preserved fruit, vegetables, berries and potatoes in Norway or exported preserved fruit, vegetables, berries and potatoes. Article 2 defines the application sphere of the Decree. Products that are intended for export may be manufactured, packed and labelled in accordance with rules of the country of destination. The Decree provides rules relative to manufacturing, use of ingredients and additives, packing, labelling and defines compositional criteria for the denomination of various products.
