Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Industry, which is composed of eight articles, lays down detailed provisions concerning packaging. In particular, it establishes (i) methods for assessing concentration of hazardous substances in packaging; (ii) maximum allowed level of amount of lead, cadmium, mercury and chromium with oxidative in packaging; (iii) rules on marking of packaging, with particular regard to recycled packaging materials; and (iv) proceedings concerning the use of packaging from recycled products.
