This Decree-Law enters into force in a different way for each active substance.
Abstract

This Decree-Law amends Decree-Law No. 121/2002 approving Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the trading of biocidal products as follows: Chlorfenapyr, from 1 May 2015, for the type 8; 1R-trans-phenothrin, from 1 September 2015, for type 18; corn cob powder, from 1 February 2015, for the type 14. The Annex specifies the list of active substances and their requirements at Community level for inclusion in biocidal products.
