Abstract This Decree-Law amends the two Annexes related to trade of biocidal products. This Decree-Law establishes the requirements to be satisfied in order to place on the market these products and lays down the lists of active substances and their requirements, decided at EU Community level, to be included in biocidal products. Biocidal products must be classified, packaged and labelled in accordance with legislation. New Lists of such biocidal products are attached in the Annexes.
