Abstract

This Decree-Law establishes the methods for detecting trichinae in fresh swine meat imported from non-EC countries. It consists of 4 articles establishing sanitary procedures to be applied in order to perform the aforementioned activity. This Decree-Law applies only for carcass which shall be controlled by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food.
