Abstract This Decree-Law, composed of three articles, introduces in the natonal legal system European Community Directive No. 2005/4/EC. It defines collection, analysis and sampling necessary for the official control of lead, cadmium and 3-MCPD levels contained in feedstuff. Moreover, the Decree-Law amends Annexes I and II of the Decree-Law No. 269/2002 with regards to the criteria applicable for the analysis of uncertain cases and to the procedures for assessing conformity with technical specifications.
