This Decree-Law enters into force the day after its publication.
Abstract

This Decree-Law, composed of four articles and two Annexes, introduces in the national legal system European Community Directive No. 2005/10/EC. It defines collection, analysis and sampling necessary for the official control of benzo(a)pirene levels contained in feedstuff. The Annexes provide a detailed regulation of the methods and general criteria undergoing the analysis of feedstuff.
