It also lays down the legal regime for renewable energy communities and partly transposes Directive No. 2018/2001 of the European Parliament and the Council of 11 December 2018 on promoting the use of energy from renewable sources. The final consumer of electric power is assured the right to become self-consumer under the conditions provided for in this Decree-Law.
