Abstract

This Decree-Law, consisting of 32 articles, establishes general rules for the implementation of operational programs (OPs) and Rural Development Programmes (RDP) funded by European structural funds and investment (feei), comprising the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), the European Social Fund (ESF), the Cohesion Fund (CF), the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD), the European Fund for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Fund (EMFF), for the programming period 2014 -2020.
