Abstract

This Decree-Law establishes the maximum residue limit (MRL) of pesticides to be contained in food of vegetal origin destined to human consumption and in dried or treated animal feedstuff. It consists of 13 articles regulating also export requirements to third countries in order to avoid the spreading of harmful organisms, methods to analyse samples, institution entitled to carry out sanitary controls, etc.
