Abstract

This Decree-Law is composed of 20 articles and six Annexes. It implements several EC Directives ruling on maximum residues limit (MRL) for agricultural products of vegetable origin. Accordingly, it amends all relevant national legislation. The Annexes define the residues of the active substances of plant protection materials and their related MRL.
