Abstract This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of five articles and four Annexes, establishes: (1) limits of emissions from stationary refrigeration equipment, air conditioners and heat pumps containing fluorinated greenhouse gases which will be installed before 4 July 2011; (2) limits of emissions from stationary refrigeration equipment, air conditioners and heat pumps containing fluorinated greenhouse gases which will be installed after 4 July 2011. An operator provides information on fluorinated greenhouse gases, products and equipment in the form specified in Annex 1, or identical printouts generated from electronically processing data. A producer, importer, exporter and distributor provide information on the management of fluorinated greenhouse gases, products and equipment in the forms specified in Annex 2. A qualified person provides information about loading of fluorinated greenhouse gases and equipment in the form of the printout specified in Annex 3.
