Abstract This Act, which is composed of 15 articles, establishes obligations of individuals and entities that deal with fluorinated greenhouse gases, products and facilities, the competence of state administration organs and liability for breach of obligations established by this Act or special rules. The Act applies to production, import, export, marketing, use, recycling, recovery and disposal of fluorinated greenhouse gases. Art. 4 specifies obligations relating to preventing of the leakage of fluorinated greenhouse gases. Art. 7 provides details on marking products and equipment containing fluorinated greenhouse gases.
