Abstract These Regulations prescribe the fees payable in respect of matters relating to the dairy industry including: approvals of codes of practice, product safety programmes, registration of dairy manufacturing premises, laboratories, product stores and detergents proposed to be used in the industry; and performance monitoring and verification inspections and audits of premises and processes.
