These Regulations enter into force 28 days after the date of their notification in the Gazette.
Abstract

These Regulations prescribe the fees payable in respect of matters relating to the dairy industry including: approvals of codes of practice, product safety programmes, registration of dairy manufacturing premises, laboratories, product stores and detergents proposed to be used in the industry; and performance monitoring and verification inspections and audits of premises and processes.
