Abstract

The new section 16A permits sale or supply of colostrum to dairy if the nature of milk is clearly stated in writing: a person must not sell or supply to a dairy milk given by, or milk containing milk given by, a milking animal within 4 days after giving birth, unless the nature of the milk is clearly stated, in writing, at the time of the sale or supply.
