Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Wine Act 2009 (BGBl. Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that wine bearing the mark “DAC” or “Districtus Austria Controllatus”, together with the mention “Weinviertel” may be put on the market only if the requirements listed in article 1 are fulfilled. For example, it must be made of grapes exclusively grown in the afore-mentioned area of “Weinviertel”. The text consists of 5 articles.
