Abstract

Regulations to make provision for the cultivation, grading, buying, ginning and baling, and exportation of cotton. They also impose a levy for resaerch funding and a levy on cotton lint and cotton seeds. No grower shall grow cotton except from dressed cotton seed approved in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations. Cotton seeds for planting shall be sold by seed cotton dealers.
