Regulations to make provision for the growing and marketing of cotton. The 30 regulations are divided into 8 Parts: Cotton Cultivation (I); Grading (II); Buying of Cotton (III); Ginning and Baling (IV); Centralised Lint Selling For Export (V); Export Permit (VI); Levy on Cotton Lint for Export (VII); (without title) (VIII).
