The Order also authorizes the issue of those licences by the South Western Regional Fisheries Board and prescribes the criteria under which those licences may be issued. "Licence" means an ordinary fishing licence under the Fisheries Acts,1959 to 1980, in respect of a drift net for the taking of salmon in the Kerry Fishery District.
