Abstract

This Order amends the Control of Fishing for Salmon by Drift Net (Kerry Fishery District) Order 1982 by substituting for article 7 of the principal Order a new provision. The Order changes the date by which applications for commercial salmon fishing licences must be received by the South Western Regional Fisheries Board. The new date is the day immediately preceding the commencement of the salmon fishing season to which the application relates.
