Article 1 establishes that it is forbidden to bring into circulation foodstuff which exceed the maximum residues levels listed in the Annex. The text consist of 7 Articles and deals with the following aspects: Definition of terms (1), Maximum levels (2), Treatment of food with excessive mycotoxins levels (3), Storage and labelling of foods with excessive mycotoxins levels (4), Sampling and analysis during official controls of food mycotoxins (5), Criminal offences (6) and Administrative offences (7).
