Abstract

The present Ordinance implements, inter alia, Commission Directive 98/53/EC laying down the sampling methods and the methods of analysis for the official control of the levels for certain contaminants in foodstuffs. Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that for the official control of the level of aflatoxins in foodstuffs the sampling has to be carried out in accordance with Annex I, and the analysis according to Annex II. The text consist of 5 articles and 4 Annexes.
