Abstract

This Regulation amends Annexes I, II and III to Regulation (EC) No. 854/2004 which deals with the organization of official controls on products of animal origin intended for human consumption. These amendments regard in particular inspection in slaughterhouses and on fresh meat, giving particular regard to the HACCP procedure.
