Abstract

These provisions lay down some amendments to legislation in force concerning hygiene and marking rules applicable to certain food of animal origin. In particular, Annexes II and III to Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004 laying down specific hygiene rules for the hygiene of foodstuffs are amended as set out in Annexes I and II to this Regulation.
