The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 May 1996.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements article 54 of the Hunting Law (LGBl. No. 100). Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance contains a list of wild fauna with the respective close seasons. Article 2 lays down close seasons for wild fauna living in border areas. The text consists of 4 articles.
