Abstract

The present Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry, Environment and Water Resources implements the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 establishing a common organization of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products. Article 2 establishes that the "Austrian Agrarmarkt" (AMA) is responsible for the enforcement of this Ordinance. The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Competence (2); Form of contracts (3); Granting of subsidy (4); Quality (5); Duty to register, report and conserve (6); Duty to tolerate and participate (7).
