These Regulations enter into force on 31 July 2002.
Abstract

These Regulations concern the marketing and specified treatment of lactoproteins intended for human consumption as defined in the Schedules to the Regulations. The products to which these Regulations apply shall be marketed only if they are conform to the definitions and rules laid down in these Regulations and the Schedules. Labelling requirements are laid down in article 5.1. Other articles concern heat treatment, methods of analysis and sampling and additional safeguards for the use of lactoproteins.(9 articles)
