Entry into force notes
The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2006.
Abstract

The present Ordinance enforces the federal legislation on water protection and the Cantonal Water Protection Law of 5 June 2003. In particular, the Ordinance sets out in details the competent authorities in the Canton responsible for the enforcement of the aforementioned Cantonal Law. The text consists of 36 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (A); Waste water (B); Claim service (C); Costs and financing of waste water disposal (D); Final provisions (E). Six Annexes are enclosed.
