Abstract

The Regulation prescribes the requirements for the quality, classification, and supplementary labelling for individual processed fruit products. The requirements of the Regulation shall apply to jam; extra jam; conserve; jelly; extra jelly; marmalade; and sweetened chestnut purée. The Regulation shall not apply to products which are used in the production of confectionery, pastry, and cookies. This Regulation further provides for requirements for the quality and classification of products and their raw materials; and requirements for the labelling of products.
