Abstract

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to issue different provisions from those contained in the Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the conservation of wild birds of 26 January 2010. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of vine plants against damage inflicted by starlings. The Ordinance consists of 7 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Measures on protection of vine plants (2); Ordering of measures (3); Execution (4); Control (5); Costs (6); Entry into force, repeal (7).
