It applies to products made in part of animal products. At the beginning the text contains a definition clause laying down certain terms such as "animal products", "risk material", "pesticides", etc. Articles 3 and 4 deal with separation of materials and their disposal. The following articles concern competent authorities and final provisions. The text consists of 6 articles.
