Abstract

The present Ordinance regulates the processing of certain animal parts in view of the high health risk of BSE. It applies to products made in part of animal products. At the beginning the text contains a definition clause laying down certain terms such as "animal products", "risk material", "pesticides", etc. Articles 3 and 4 deal with separation of materials and their disposal. The following articles concern competent authorities and final provisions. The text consists of 6 articles.
