Abstract

These Regulations amend the Bread (Control of Manufacture and Sale) Regulations 1998 in regulation 12 and by repealing the Schedule of the principal Regulations and by replacing it by the Schedule to these Regulations. Regulation 12 concerns the maximum retail price at which bread shall be sold. The Schedule specifies standards and prices for types of bread that may be sold.
