Abstract

These Regulations set out provisions on the application procedures for and duration and refusal of license, standards of quality of bananas and cases, brands and registered marks of banana, methods of inspection, hygiene requirements for packing stations and transportation, allocation of quotas, delivery of bananas, cancellation of licenses and inspector's report on shipment.
