The Minister may make regulations for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act and in particular as regards the conditions of licensing of suppliers, the method of determining by quota the quantity of bananas for export, the standards of quality of bananas and of containers, the allocation of registered marks for suppliers, and the time and method of picking, packing and transporting bananas.
