These Regulations enter into force on 31 August, 2000.

Abstract

These Regulations regulate intra-Community trade in live animals, transportation, assembly and other related matters and trade in third country animals. They contain a new provision for animals imported for slaughter to be slaughtered without undue delay (regs. 6 and 15).
