Abstract These Regulations amend the principal Regulations of 2000 to make provision to give effect to Commission Decision 2001/327/EC concerning restrictions to the movement of animals of susceptible species with regard to foot-and-mouth disease. The Regulations also introduce operational agreements for assembly centres to ensure that such centres are capable of being operated in accordance with the second indent of Article 3(2) of Council Directive 90/425/EEC.
