Part 1 regulates contents and general requirements, registration procedure, document control and reporting. Part 2 concerns operating practices for operator of a risk management programme, these include design and construction of premises, places, facilities, equipment, and essential services; Operation of facilities, equipment, essential services, and waste; cleaning, maintenance, and pest management; people hygiene and equipment; Examining, sampling, and testing; labeling and packaging. Part 3 regulates evaluation of a risk management programme in case of registration or significant amendment and Part 4 is on Verification, establishing matters, who is subject to verification, verification frequency and consequences. Part 5 applies to (a) the operator of a risk management programme; and (b) the operator of an animal product business that exports animal material or animal product and regulates traceability and recalls.
