Abstract

These Rules amend the Animal Diseases (Quarantine) Rules in rule 2 concerning an inspection fee expressed in currency points (as defined) and to be paid in respect of every animal or carcass or part of any animal or carcass kept or detained in quarantine. The Minister may remit the fee wholly or in part. "Quarantine" here means a place notified as such by the Minister by Statutory Instrument.
